Bus times are changing almost daily as students are all back and several have changed back to in-person. Please have your children at their bus stop 15 minutes early for these next 2 weeks as we work to get times nailed down. Bus drivers may inform your children of time changes. Please speak to your children about this and make sure they are keeping you posted when there are changes. Thank you for your understanding while we work through this unusual start to the school year.

Freeland's fall athletic season starts in full this week. Volleyball teams are now allowed to practice and play inside, soccer played last night, and football has their 1st game scheduled for Fri., 9/18. They join our cross country & golf teams, which are off to great starts. Middle school volleyball practices/tryouts will be this Thur., 9/10 & Fri., 9/11. 7th grade from 3:00-4:30 and 8th grade from 4:30-6:00. There will be no general public admission to any of our events at this point. Crowds are limited to 2 guests per participant. There will be no concession stand provided at home events. Family units should practice social distancing while at our events and the venue needs to be vacated as soon as the contest is completed. Please help us make this an easy transition for our fall season. It is not the fall season that we are used to, but if we all do our part, our athletes will be able to compete and finish their fall sports season. If you have any questions, please email the athletic department at bellj@freelandschools.net. Thank you for your help and support.
