Work Permits can be obtained at Michigan.gov or by visiting Freeland High School or the District Office. Please note you must print both the front and back of the application.

Work Permit Process (must be completed in this order):

1. The applicant must complete Section I of the form

2. The employer must complete Section II of the form

3. A representative from Freeland High School or the District Office must complete Section III of the form

Once Section III is complete, the district will make a copy of the complete work permit and will give the original back to the applicant. The applicant is responsible for giving the completed form to the employer.
