Students can pick up Work Permits at Freeland High School or they can also be printed at Michigan.gov. Please note if you are printing your own you will need to print both sides of the application in order for it to be official.

Work Permit Process (must be completed in this order):

1. The applicant must complete Section I of the form.

2. The employer must complete Section II of the form.

3. A representative from Freeland High School or the District Office must complete Section III of the form.

The district will make a copy of the completed work permit and will give the original back to the applicant. The applicant is responsible for giving the completed form to the employer.
