We had our last lunch in the middle school today and we celebrated by having our last SOAR Drawing of the year. Congrats to our winners and to all of our students on a fabulous year! We are looking forward to more fun during the 2024-25 School Year!

Our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students spent the day checking out the site of the Memorial Cup where they heard a motivational speaker, enjoyed the fan zone and just had fun with their classmates! Thanks to the staff members who chaperoned and made this event possible!

Ms. Heckman's 8th Grade science classes were able to experience the Stem Explorer program through Delta College. Thursday was in-class activities with circuits and Friday was exploring STEM activities on the Stem Bus.

Today was Transition Day at FMS. 6th Grade Students from FES visited their future school and teachers while 7th grade students met the 8th grade teachers and 8th grade visited the high school. Lots of info mixed in with some fun!

We continue our celebrations this week with School Lunch Hero Day! Our food service team across the district is the best and we thank them for all that they do for our students and staff. Today some of our FMS students were able to attend Girls' Day Out at Delta College. This event focused on STEM activities and features hands-on experiences introducing young women to careers that are traditionally male-dominated fields.
