Though the kitchen is quiet now, Freeland Schools distributed 4,496 meals today to children in the area. Thank you to all of our awesome staff and volunteers!

FREE meals to ANY child 18 and younger (up to 26 with a disability), beginning today, Monday, March 16. Breakfast and lunch, Monday - Friday, from 8:00-10:00 am & 11:00-2:00 pm. Meals delivered to your car, served at the Freeland Elementary back entrance. Pull up, let us know how many children you are providing meals for, and we will bring the meals to you. You may also walk, bike, etc and pick up a meal at the door to take with you. We look forward to seeing you today!


Freeland Community School District is ready to provide FREE meals to any child 18 and younger and up to 26 with a disability, beginning March 16th. The Freeland Competitive Cheer team was named Academic All State Honorable Mention (MHSAA Div 3) with a team GPA of 3.711. Individual Academic All State honors were earned by Ashley Harvey (Sr.) & Jocelyn Chislea (Fr.). Congratulations scholar athletes.


Congratulations to FES students Austin Hare 6th grade) and Jackson Horn (5th grade) as their team, the 2008 SAGINAW Jr Spirit, was the 2020 MIchigan Amateur Hockey Association PEE WEE A State Runner-Up.


Freeland's Girls Basketball Regional Final has been suspended indefinitely.

FHS Junior Taylor Armbruster was honored as an Eagle Scout this past weekend. Taylor's Eagle Scout project greatly improved the Freeland Soccer Complex. Thank you and congratulations!
