Congratulations to FHS senior, Gabriella Lazzaro as she won the HSC Community Calendar Art Contest! Her artwork was selected based on her depiction of this year’s theme, “The Beauty of Diversity in My Community”. Her artwork will be on display at the Anderson Enrichment Center 10/12- 10/30 from 9-3pm and featured in the Community Calendar. Great job Gabriella!

FHS students in Mrs. Neal's Physics class participated in the Aces High Speed Lab today. They researched, annotated texts, designed paper airplanes and tested them today to determine how their plane design impacts the speed.
It's Homecoming Week and our high school students participated in our traditional hallway decorating contest today. The theme was Habitats. The freshmen had desert, the sophomores had arctic tundra, the juniors had marine, and the seniors had rainforest. Great job FHS!
Congratulations to FHS senior, Elijah Folts, for receiving the DAR Good Citizen Award. This award is given in recognition of his dependability, service, leadership and patriotism. Elijah will now write an essay and be eligible for the DAR scholarship.

Court members will be on the front lawn of the high school on Webster Road from 6:30 - 7 pm, prior to the football game. Please drive by and honk to congratulate them on their nomination.

SENIORS: Monday, June 22 - Thursday, June 25, from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, seniors will be able to pick up tickets for graduation as well as items that will be worn with the gown. Since we are limiting the number of people attending graduation, please plan to pick up tickets for only your immediate family (the graduate’s parents and siblings) to attend and be flexible with the organization of the event. Though this event will not be open to the public, it will be streamed live on the NFHS Network for other relatives to see.
