Dear Freeland Families,
A few weeks ago, we began sharing Freeland Community School District’s Strategic Plan with our community on social media, along with the linked Strategic Plan Overview. This plan reflects our shared vision — Imagine. Innovate. Thrive. — and outlines our mission of “Building futures through purpose, passion, and perseverance.” It also highlights our core values of Integrity, Community, Empowerment, Opportunity, and Kindness, along with our four focus areas: Instruction, Operations, Culture, and Communication.
Over the next two months, we will be highlighting different parts of the Strategic Plan in short, easy-to-digest posts. Each post will focus on one priority, goal, or guiding objective so you can better understand the important work happening across our district and where we are headed together.

There will be approximately 15 posts in total, and we encourage you to follow or check these platforms regularly to stay informed and engaged. Later this year, we will roll out the full Strategic Plan in its entirety.
In alignment with this work, we are also excited to share our new FCSD Branding Guide. This guide includes downloadable logos and branding resources for teams, organizations, and community partners who want to represent Freeland Community School District with consistency and pride.
