Freeland Community School District

This week, Freeland Elementary is highlighting Mrs. Jenna Stedry, art education teacher.  Mrs. Stedry has been a teacher in our district for five years during which time she has worked with kindergarten through eighth grade students.  Mrs. Stedry feels the most rewarding thing about teaching is being able to see students gain confidence through making art.  She loves the busy noise of enjoyment when creating, and of course leg hugs from the sweetest small people who give her rock star status.  Mrs. Stedry appreciates working with such a fantastic, supportive, and fun-loving specials team! In addition, she feels so grateful to be a part of such an excellent group of dedicated teachers and staff.  We are lucky to have Mrs. Stedry, a dedicated teacher helping students make work that will be cherished for many years to come.
