Pam Dammer

This week, the Freeland Learning Center is highlighting one of our school secretaries, Mrs. Pam Dammer.  Pam has worked in the Freeland Community School District for four years and is oftentimes the first person you will see when you enter the office.  As anyone at the Learning Center will tell you, Pam goes above and beyond in all aspects of the job, and plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations.  She is an extremely positive person with a kind and compassionate demeanor, and she cares for all of the students as if they were her own. Pam is an extremely positive person and a true professional in every sense of the word, always seeking out tasks to make everyone else’s job a little easier.  Furthermore, she understands the importance of serving our families, while striving to make their Learning Center experience a memorable one.

When asked what she finds most rewarding about her position, Pam said, “I love seeing our littlest Falcons grow and blossom throughout the years.”  Pam also shared, “I enjoy every day at the Learning Center because it is a unique experience. I am very fortunate to be able to connect with people (students, parents, teachers, para-professionals, custodians, and kitchen staff) on a daily basis, not to mention our great principal (Marcus Hillborg) and the best co-secretary ever (Brandi Vasold).  I can truly say that being a school secretary is the most awesome job on the planet!” Thank you Mrs. Dammer for all you do for the Freeland Learning Center and the Freeland Community School District!
